So if you have an agent or colleague who warms you under the collar for reasons other than hot property, the website wants to hear from you. Agents can even put themselves forward.

Voting will be open to the public and if it is well-received similar polls will be launched in other cities across the UK and Europe.

The newsblog was inspired to launch the hunt for home-selling hotties after seeing a Broker Boys and Babes contest on US property website Curbed.
