A BUREAU manager is worried troubled residents may be missing out on advice after a change in address.
In April Dartford Citizens' Advice Bureau moved from Essex Road to the Trinity Resource Centre.
Its new postal address is listed as Dartford High Street but the entrance to the centre is located in St Saviour's Walk.
Added confusion is being caused because the bureau is still waiting for the Government to supply signs to be put up outside the centre.
Manager Chris Baker said: "We get so many people saying they are having trouble finding us. I worry people are missing out on the help they need."
On September 11 bureau staff will hold a special advice week to highlight the work they do which includes providing information on debt and employment.
The centre is open between 9.30am and 3pm, Monday to Thursday. For information, call 01322 224686.
