A FLOOR layer has been invited to display his artwork at a London tourist exhibition.
Michael Connell displayed some of his brightly-coloured murals at the Barbados Expo at the Olympia Exhibition Centre, London, at the weekend.
Thousands of visitors attended the annual event, which promotes the country's economy and culture.
The deputy high commissioner for Barbados, Herbert Yearwood, invited Mr Connell to the exhibition after seeing his work last November.
Mr Connell, 50, from Catford, said: "I was really pleased to be invited.
"It is a privilege for me to exhibit my work in front of thousands of people."
