A SAFER streets police operation has resulted in more than 100 arrests in just three weeks.
Bromley police officers were joined by a team from the Metropolitan Police's Territorial Support Group for the initiative.
The arrests were made for a variety of offences, including possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, handling stolen goods, robbery and drink-driving.
Head of operations Superintendent Matt Bell said: "The officers and the group have ensured the number of offences has fallen dramatically in recent weeks.
"There will be no let up for criminals in Bromley."
Supt Bell added: "Our operation demonstrates we will vigorously take on criminals and bring them to justice.
"This is good news for the people of Bromley and bad news for criminals."
The Transport Support Group was formed in 1987 and provides borough support in reducing crime.
