A PARTICIPANT in Greenwich Teaching Primary Care Trust and the Healthy Greenwich Network's Active For Health initiative has completed her 100th exercise session.
Diane Sinclair who attends chair-based exercise classes at the Trinity Centre on Burrage Road is the first person to have achieved this milestone and has been a regular at the twice weekly sessions for the past year.
She said: "It has helped to loosen my tight muscles which makes walking and everyday movements easier and I am more flexible."
Active for Health aims to enable people to become involved in improving their own health and well-being.
The scheme offers a range of affordable physical activity projects and provides free step-o-meter packs. For information, call 0208 694 7329.
