A HOME in south London which has been a popular location for fashion and celebrity photoshoots has been put up for sale.
49 Clapham High Street was where Wayne Rooney's girlfriend Colleen McLoughlin's much talked about Vogue cover shoot took place and where stars such as Will Young, Jeremy Irons and Billie Piper have been snapped.
Co-owner Keith Day says Colleen turned up at the 200 year-old Georgian property with an army of minders'.
He believes the Grade II Listed building's great flow of natural light, a conservatory overlooking a walled garden and two grand staircases are what have made the run-down place a sought-after studio.
While waiting for the home to be renovated, its owners, seeing the potential for photography, alerted location agencies, designers and fashion house to its availability.
It is now worth more than £2,200,000 and is being sold via Jackson-Stops & Staff.
