A TEENAGER who breached his Asbo by entering a prohibited area has appeared before Bexley magistrates.
Aden Darwin, aged 14, of Kale Road, Thamesmead, had denied being in the Slade Green area on June 10, when he was seen in Hazel Road and in Hollywood Way, with his father and sister.
But the case was proved against him.
He was made the subject of a two-year Asbo in December last year.
The order bans him from defacing the surfaces of any building, structure or vehicle in Bexley or assisting or encouraging anyone else to do so; assaulting, abusing, threatening, harassing or causing alarm or distress to anyone in Bexley; entering the Slade Green area or consorting with three named individuals.
Darwin, who is classed as a persistent young offender with nine offences in 18 months, already has a supervision order.
Magistrates last week gave him an attendance centre order for a total of 24 hours, to take part in activities to address his bad behaviour.
