A TRADITION dating back to before the Second World War takes place again on August 19 when Falconwood and District Horticultural Society holds its 69th annual show.
The show has 90 different classes including wine making and cake baking as well as flowers and vegetables.
Show secretary Bill Cross said: "It is surprising the quality of entries we get from people who at first say they have nothing to show."
You can get a copy of the show schedule from Welling library in Bellegrove Road or from Mr Cross on 020 8301 3374.
The show is in the Falconwood Community Centre in The Green, Welling, and doors open to the public at 3pm.
