STRICTLY Dance Fever contestant JP Omari was one of the many talented guests who offered their skills at this year's arts festival at Bexleyheath School.
The school, in Graham Road, has staged the two-week festival for pupils for the past 11 years and it has grown in scale and popularity.
Youth worker Omari got knocked out of the BBC dance programme in the semi-finals.
He opened this year's festival and then came back to teach breakdancing.
The first week of the festival involved trips out to venues such as museums, the London Eye and London Zoo.
The second week was spent in school where workshops covered everything from historical re-enactments, stilt walking, Aboriginal art, launching rockets, song writing, stage combat and a host of other activities involving all 2,000 pupils.
