FORMER residents of The Hollies children's home in Sidcup are holding their annual reunion.
For the first time since reunions began, the event will be held in the former home, which closed in 1989.
Organisers believe many former residents now live in Greenwich borough.
Between noon and 5pm on September 9, children who grew up in The Hollies, which opened in 1902, will be able to meet up.
The event will be held in what used to be the home's gym, which is now a private club for residents of the housing estate now occupying the site off Halfway Street.
This year's event will also see the launch of another book about the home, Through The Eyes Of A Child by Paul Krawczynski, which tells its history and the lives of children there through the eyes of one resident.
Money raised through sales of the book will go to support two websites about the former home.
The Hollies' reunion group can also help former residents access their personal files, which became available for the first time in January this year.
