A DISABLED parents' organisation has just celebrated its sixth birthday with a party.
Parents Power, which is used by 65 families, was set up in the borough to enable parents with disabilities to meet on a regular basis and offer mutual support, advice and opportunities to socialise.
The party for parents and children, was held at Inspire, Whitehall Lane, Slade Green, and included a disco, face painting, bouncy castle and a buffet.
Among the guests was Bexleyheath and Crayford MP David Evennett who congratulated chairman Marie Faulkner, project co-ordinator Clare Stevens and their committee for a successful six years.
