AN ENTERTAINING carnival is promised on Bank Holiday Monday.
The Bromley Carnival starts with a procession down the High Street at 11am on August 28.
This will be followed by stalls and events in Norman Park, Hayes Lane, Bromley.
Acts on the main stage include a U2 tribute band and dance act The Freemasons.
All proceeds from the event, being run by the Bromley Lions, will go to charities in the area.
Bromley Lions spokesman Denise Balcome said: "We are offering entertainment and a chance of making money to help the community."
Spaces in the procession and stalls are still available.
