MEMBERS of the Lesnes Abbey Conservation Volunteers' group want nature lovers to join them on a bat survey on August 18.
A bat expert will be joining the volunteers in Lesnes Abbey Woods, off Abbey Road, Abbey Wood, at 8.15pm to see how many of the 16 species of British bats have made their home there.
Members of the public can join in and learn more about where, when and how to watch the bats.
