YOUNG film makers got the chance to try out their camera skills during the summer holidays.
More than a dozen young people took part in a four-day course at Northfleet Youth Centre, Hall Road, Northfleet.
The film makers, aged from 13 to 18, got the chance to learn how to use a video camera and an editing suite.
Kent County Council gave the youth centre a £4,500 grant to buy new camera equipment for its film making suite.
At the end of the course the youngsters produced their own morning television show, complete with a weather presenter and anchorman.
Centre youth worker Nigel Crocker said: "The kids had a fantastic time.
"Things like this give them great skills to take into the world of work.
"They have really enjoyed themselves."
