BUS DAMAGE: An off-duty police officer detained a 14-year-old boy on suspicion of causing criminal damage to a 208 bus. The boy, who was thought to have etched a "tag" on to the back of the bus window, was escorted off the bus at 6.34pm by the Shell Garage in Queensway, Petts Wood, on July 31. Police attended the scene and the youth admitted the offence and was taken home to his parents.

PUBLIC MEETING: The Bromley Common and Keston Safer Neighbourhood Team will hold a public meeting tomorrow from 7pm to 9pm. The meeting, at the Turpington Lane Community Centre, Turpington Lane, Bromley, will provide an opportunity for residents to meet the team and raise any concerns they may have.
