BROMLEY’S ‘FULL OF LIFE’ 2010 ,p> Following on from last year’s successful event ‘Full of Life’ is back in Bromley this year, organised by Active Bromley – a partnership between Bromley Council and Bromley Mytime, designed to get more adults taking part in sport and physical activity. This year the event is on Saturday 16th October at the Great Hall, Bromley, running from 10am – 2:30pm.
The event is free and open to all, with activities and information aimed at older people within our community, showcasing and demonstrating a selection of the numerous opportunities for you to become active within the borough in an interactive event.
‘Full of Life’ will consist of local clubs and organisations holding stalls and taster workshops for people to try and get involved with. The activities will range from sports and keep fit, to local arts and music groups, from volunteering opportunities to dance lessons; an event that will have something suitable for everyone’s interests.
Don’t miss out on this fantastic event, come along to what will be a great day out for all, sure to open up opportunities and inspire you to get involved in new activities that you have always wanted to try!
