FIREFIGHTERS were called to two suspicious vehicle fires in the Gravesend area overnight.
The first call came at around 6.20pm when a crew from Thames-side fire station was called to Havengore Avenue, Gravesend.
It took them around 30 minutes to deal with an off-road bike which is believed to have been stolen and then set on fire.
Police were already at the scene by the time the firefighters arrived and are investigating where the bike came from.
Early this morning (September 8) a crew from the same fire station was called to reports of a Vauxhall Corsa alight in a field near Westcott Avenue, Northfleet.
They spent around 30 minutes putting the fire out and left the scene by around 5am.
