THERE are just a few days left to nominate people for the Night of Honour awards.
The accolades are organised by Beckenham’s Citygate Church and 40,000 nomination forms have been distributed to people who live in the town.
But the church also wants to receive nominations from people who live right across the borough to find the town’s unsung heroes.
The 10 categories are: Beckenham’s best – rising star, young achiever, school’s worker, investor in children, customer service, community project, carer and sports star as well as Beckenham’s child of the year and Beckenham’s lifetime achievement award.
Go to beckenhamsbest.co.uk for more information about the awards and to nominate people.
Nominations close on Friday (September 10).
