This month’s Time Travellers Go sessions at Down House in Luxted Road, Downe are running every weekend.
Today and tomorrow children can find out what Victorian life was really like and look at how children of the time dressed and behaved.
Next Saturday and Sunday youngsters have the chance to discover some of the world’s most interesting inventions and learn about the history of time using model clocks.
Visitors on the following weekend can sail a ship in a mock sea battle and experience what life was like on the open seas during the 1800s.
And on September 25 and 26 children can explore the scientist’s gardens using a magnifying glass to find creatures great and small.
