COUNCILLORS have granted applications for a restaurant and shop to sell alcohol.
Mexican food restaurant Desperados in Station Square, Petts Wood, will be allowed to serve alcohol between 10.30am and 10.30pm from Monday to Saturday and between 10.30am and 10pm on Sundays including bank holidays.
Bromley Council’s licensing sub-committee also gave permission to Costcutter, Main Road, Biggin Hill to sell alcohol between 6am and 11pm Monday to Saturday and from 6am to 10.30pm on Sundays.
Following the hearing on August 12, a Challenge 25 scheme was imposed on each application whereby customers who appear to be under the age of 25 are required to show proof of age.
