TWO housebuilders have joined forces to put up 500 homes at a housing development.
Asprey Homes and Ward Homes are set to build the houses and apartments on the site of the old Blue Circle sports ground, Bromley Common, over the next five years.
Work by the Petts Wood and Sundridge based developers will start this autumn.
Ward Homes managing director Nick Fenton said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Asprey Homes to deliver these much needed new dwellings close to Bromley town centre.”
Asprey Homes is also building housing on the site in association with social housing provider Affinity Sutton and retirement housing provider Hanover Housing Association.
