YOUNGSTERS are being urged to make the most of living in the capital this summer.
Transport for London want all under 16s from across London to sign up for the ZIP Oyster Card Scheme.
It allows access to free travel on buses and trams around the capital, and a £1-a-day cap on tubes, London Overground and the DLR (Zones 1-6).
Mayor of London's transport advisor, Kulveer Ranger, said: “With the rest of the summer holidays ahead of them, the ZIP card allows young Londoners to explore all our Capital has to offer without making a dent in their spending money.”
The ZIP card is available to young people aged 11 to 15 and applications can be collected at Post Offices across London.
