A PENSIONER needed hospital treatment after being hit by her husband’s car when he was reversing out of their drive in Orpington yesterday (August 17).
The 87-year-old woman was taken to Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup, at around 4.50pm suffering from head injuries.
These injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Her husband who was driving a Ford Fiesta at the time of the incident did not need medical treatment.
All the emergency services were called to the scene in Court Road near Charterhouse Road.
