PEOPLE with mental illnesses and learning disabilities enjoyed a fun and information day.
Cake baking, tai chi, music and poetry were just some of the activities on offer.
There were also information stalls about safe guarding from abuse, wellness and recovery.
Around 70 people attended the fun day held in Newstead Road, Lee.
The event was organised by Hexagon Housing Association’s care and support department for its residents from Lewisham, Greenwich, Bexley, Southwark and Sutton.
Hexagon’s care and support manager Angela Jumbo said: ”There were clients who really exceeded people's expectations in terms of how well they mixed and tried out things.
“It was really lovely to see how much they engaged with the activities.”
