HAS graffiti artist Banksy struck in the same spot again?
A picture in the style of the anonymous urban graffitist has been spotted daubed on a grey electricity box in Cray Avenue, Orpington.
The artwork shows a timepiece beneath the words NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH.
Last year there were rumours the elusive Banksy had visited the area when a pair of images depicting a baby hanging onto three coloured balloons and a woman clutching paint spray cans were seen on the same box.
