A MINI driver remains on a ventilator after a road accident in Biggin Hill on Monday (August 10).
The 39-year-old woman is being sedated at Kings College Hospital, Denmark Hill, where she is being treated for multiple injuries.
She has undergone several operations since the accident in Oaklands Lane where she suffered broken ankles, a broken thigh bone and a ruptured liver.
Her condition is said to be serious but stable.
The driver of the other vehicle involved in the collision, which police say was a white Mitsubishi dropside scaffolding lorry, was able to get out on his own.
He sustained multiple injuries in the crash and was taken to the Princess Royal University Hospital, Farnborough.
His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Oaklands Lane was closed from the junction of Norhead Lane to Saltbox Hill until 1.53am yesterday morning.
There have been no arrests.
