THERE was more than the usual Saturday fun and games at one Crayford pub as it played host to a charity fundraiser.
The event, at the Crayford Arms in Crayford High Street, was in aid of the Royal National Institute for the Blind and organised by one of the charity’s employees Candice Crabtree.
With family themed attractions such as games, face painting and raffles during the afternoon, there was also a pool and darts tournament.
In the evening people danced the night away at a 1970s and 1980s themed fancy dress disco.
With support from a number of local businesses who donated prizes, the event raised more than £350.
