The Dartford Crossing is closed due to a fire on a lorry
A LORRY trailer fire on the Dartford Bridge is causing traffic problems as far away as Orpington.
Two lanes of the M25 anticlockwise are closed at the A282 (Dartford Tunnel toll booths) and there is severe congestion up to Junction 4 A21/ A224 (Orpington).
Lanes three and four have been closed for traffic travelling in the opposite direction and the Dartford Bridge remains closed.
Traffic coming in to Orpington on Court Road is said to be at a standstill.
