A HOSPICE is looking for three more people to take part in the UK’s highest abseil.
Due to last minute cancellations, Harris HospisCare, based in Tregony Road, Orpington, has three places left for its 469ft descent down the tower of Guy’s Hospital in London - the tallest hospital tower in the world.
No experience is needed for the fundraiser on September 5, which will see 35 people take the last chance to abseil down the tower before it is refurbished.
No more descents will take place after this year.
Hospice fundraiser Simon Pitts said: “These cancellations offer an incredible opportunity for people to take part in a truly unique and awe inspiring experience.”
