BORIS Johnson gave small businesses a boost when he met representatives over a cup of tea.
The mayor of London joined Federation of Small Business (FSB) members and councillors at the Panacea Coffee Lounge, High Street, Orpington.
They talked about issues including how to make Orpington more competitive and attractive to shoppers.
FSB local chairman Chandra Sharma said: “This is a big booster jab for local businesses and we will take this opportunity to re-launch our FSB Keep Trade Local Campaign along with the new High Street.
“We would also like to thank Bromley Council for their support to small businesses throughout the project.”
