YOUNGSTERS have the chance to go back in time as part of a programme of events being held at the home of Charles Darwin.
Next month’s sessions are a taster of the English Heritage Time Travellers Go initiative which will run every weekend in September at the world famous scientist’s Down House residence.
In preparation, Darwin’s home in Luxted Road, Downe is hosting different themed events each week starting with a Victorian week between August 2 and 6.
The next week from August 9 to 13 is Discoveries and Inventions followed by Seafaring from August 16 to 20.
And the month concludes with an Ugly Bug Safari starting on August 23.
