An initiative to get people out of their armchairs and onto their bikes during the summer, has held its first ride.
Biketastic takes cyclists through the cycle lanes and roads of Bexley, led by three experience cycle instructors.
A group of 15 riders of all ages and abilities, set off from Bexley Village and took a leisurely ride through Bexley, Sidcup and Foots Cray, discovering how much of the borough is accessible by bike and finding new, quiet, scenic routes to travel.
The rides are free and available to all ages and abilities.
Riders aged under 16 have to be accompanied by an adult and all riders must wear helmets.
