A COUNCIL will decide if an old Post Office can be turned into a bar and restaurant.
Pub company, Antic Ltd, wants to change the former Forest Hill Post Office in Dartmouth Road, into a restaurant with adjoining bar.
Lewisham Council's planning committee will rule on the application on July 22, but planning officers have already recommended it be approved on the condition it closes at midnight.
The Forest Hill Post Office was moved to WHSmith's building in Devonshire Road three years ago.
Plans for the 1970s building have so far attracted five objections.
