AN EXHIBITION designed to encourage youngsters to learn about their local heritage and architecture has been launched.
Engaging Places is web-based exhibition at Greenwich's Old Royal Naval College which is running until August 31.
Work by 12 groups of pupils from around the borough is being displayed in the college showing their research into the pupils' surrounding built environment.
One of the items looks at how Kidbrooke's Ferrier Estate could be improved.
A spokesman for Discover Greenwich, the college centre which has organised the exhibition, said: "Young people who have been thinking about their local area, how it has developed, how people have shaped their place and how the place has shaped them."
