A 24-YEAR-OLD man has died after being struck by a train at Anerley station.
The incident, which is not being treated as suspicious, happened on Friday at around 10pm.
British Transport Police officers and paramedics pronounced the man dead on their arrival.
A BTP spokeswoman said: “I can confirm that British Transport Police officers attended Anerley rail station, on Friday, July 9 after a report that a 24-year-old man had been struck by a train.
“The incident is currently being treated as non-suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
