IT is still not too late to organise a get together with the neighbours to celebrate this year’s The Big Lunch.
The event, which takes place across the country on July 18, is designed to bring neighbours and communities together by sitting down to lunch together.
But if you have not had time to organise a street party or an event in a local park, you can still invite the neighbours to share gardens for the afternoon, organise some games and ask everyone to contribute a dish or drinks.
There are lots of helpful ideas and advice, even if you are staging a last-minute get-together.
