FAMILIES are being invited to a free annual bike and kite festival.
Now in its third year, the festival includes a BMX track, demonstrations by bike stunt artists and kite flying shows.
There will also be vintage bikes from the 1800s, cycle experts offering information and advice and stalls selling arts and crafts, bikes, kites and food.
The event takes place on June 12 and June 13 from noon until 7pm on Blackheath.
Youngsters will be able to learn tricks to help them perform their own bike stunts and can get involved with kite-making workshops.
