DETECTIVES are appealing for witnesses after three men and a teenage boy were left with knife wounds following an argument on a train.
Police were called to Woolwich Arsenal train station at 11.10pm on May 28 to reports of a disturbance between four people on the 10.39pm Charing Cross to Gillingham Southeastern service.
All four received various non life-threatening knife wounds.
They were taken to hospital. Three were released the same day and one left hospital the next day.
Officers searched the train and recovered a carpet knife from one of the carriages.
Two men aged 18 and a 17-year-old boy, all from Abbey Wood, were arrested and released on bail until July 8.
A 29-year-old man from Medway in Kent was also arrested in connection with the incident and released on bail until the same date.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Vanessa Cottington, said: “We know from our inquiries so far this would have been a busy train and a number of people on board may have witnessed this incident.
“If you saw anything we need you to contact us.”
