A FIGHT between teenagers on a stretch of public open space has resulted in one boy suffering a ruptured spleen.
Now Bexley police are appealing for witnesses to come forward and help identify the teenager responsible for the injury.
The fight broke out on East Wickham Open Space, close to its entrance next to the Fanny on the Hill pub in Wickham street, Welling, at around 3.20pm on May 11.
The victim was a 16-year-old boy and his attacker is believed to be aged 17 or 18.
He is described as having short brown hair and was wearing a grey hooded jumper, grey tracksuit bottoms and white “air force” trainers.
