A DESIGN company is looking to local people to provide the inspiration for improvements to their park.
Mor Imaginations is holding an exhibition on Saturday (June 5) in Waterside, Crayford, between 10am and 1pm, of plans to improve the entrance to Shenstone Park, off Old Road, Crayford.
Bexley Council’s hope is to make the park entrance more exciting by drawing on stories about its past and about the local community.
Part of the park’s existing boundary wall will be replaced and a new public space created.
Mor will be exhibiting sketches of its ideas and looking for people’s thoughts and suggestions, not just on themes but on materials which could be used.
It is hoped the work will be finished by the end of the year.
