A NEW dental surgery named the ‘Tooth Booth’ has opened to meet demand for more NHS treatment. The surgery, which opened in The Mall off London Road in Swanley at the end of last month, is run by Dr Amit Rai and Dr Fizan Tahir, and will provide NHS dental care.
Stephen Ingram, director of primary care for NHS West Kent, the Primary Care Trust for north Kent, says the new surgery is a “real boost” for the area.
He said: “People have told us they find it difficult to find an NHS dentist, so we have looked carefully at where we needed there to be more care available.”
