CHILDREN on half term can experience some wild days out next week.
A series of events are taking place at the Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park, John Harrison Way, Greenwich.
June 3 is devoted to studying dragonflies while next Saturday and Sunday, visitors can choose from pond dipping, bug hunting and birdwatching.
Quiz trails and prize trails on the theme of dragonflies, which are just starting to emerge from larvae in the lakes, will take place every day next week.
Light refreshments, second hand books and handmade gifts will also be on sale at the weekend.
Events are free and run from 11am to 4pm.
