BUSINESSES in Bexleyheath town centre are looking to the public to help them improve the town.
Bexley Business Partnership chairman Ross Paton, general manager of Bexleyheath’s Marriott Hotel, is doing an on-line health check of the town centre.
He wants to hear what residents, businesses, schools, shoppers and investors think about the town.
The results of the survey will then feed into a business plan to make improvements.
Bexley Council is working with the partnership on the project.
Council leader, Councillor Teresa O’Neill said: “Bexleyheath is one of the most successful town centres in London, but some people feel it has lost its attraction over recent years.
“We want to find out if that is true, and if it is, we need to find solutions to those concerns.”
You can make your contribution to the debate at towncentrehealthcheck.org.uk/bexleyheath until June 4.
