HUDDERSFIELD Town completed a pre-match training session at VCD's Oakwood stadium before heading off to play Millwall in the League One play-off semi-final.
The Terriers suffered defeat at the hands of the Lions but they enjoyed their short stay at Oakwood, which earned high praise from coach Terry McDermott.
Manager Lee Clarke, McDermott and Derek Fazakerley put the Hudderfield Town players through their final preparations for the game with an emphasis on set pieces, including penalty practice.
The club made a generous gesture of a signed shirt which was presented to chairman Gary Rump and will be placed with the others at the club following similar training sessions by Everton, Manchester City and Blackburn Rovers.
Ironically Oakwood is deemed good enough for a pro club but with an appeal against their relegation for ground grading pending, it may not be good enough for the Ryman North.
