YOUNGSTERS can enjoy a bug-themed half term at the home of world-famous scientist Charles Darwin next month.
English Heritage are organising the week of events at Down House from June 1 to 5.
The house in Downe is hosting nature hunts to give children the opportunity to walk in the scientist's shoes with four walks planned for each day.
Children will be able to collect different species of creepy crawlies in much the same way Darwin himself would have done.
Darwin wrote his famous book On the Origin of Species while living at the house in Luxted Road.
