A WEBSITE is launched today (May 17) to help trace wanted offenders in London.
London’s Most Wanted seeks the public’s help to locate people who have committed, or are suspected of committing serious crimes, but who have so far evaded capture.
The site is hosted by Crimestoppers and anyone who has any information about any suspect featured can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
Alternatively they can fill in the online form at Crimestoppers-uk.org The Met police’s Deputy Commissioner Tim Godwin said: "The police work tirelessly to catch people who have committed, or are suspected of committing crimes, but we will always need the public's help.
“This new website carries more information than ever before, allowing the public to search by crime type and location.
"This is a great tool that everyone can use to help make London even safer by helping us get criminals off our streets."
London's Most Wanted is on the Crimestoppers website at www.crimestoppers-uk.org/londonmostwanted/
