Bromley Creative Community (BCC), the non-profit Bromley venture run by creatives for creatives, is hosting a peer-to-peer development session this month (Tuesday 18 May) exclusively for its members (basic and premium).
It's a fun, friendly but formally facilitated process, designed specially for creative professionals.
The facilitator, Jackie Barrie, has been running the Idea Café format for small businesses for a few years. She uses a similar model to Vistage, the peer-to-peer development organisation for CEOs, who pay tens of thousands of pounds per year to attend.
Jackie, who is a co-founder of BCC, says: "Learning from your peers is a great way to develop yourself and your business. You gain ideas, insights and solutions from like-minded people, and benefit from sharing advice of your own. It's cheaper than hiring a business coach, and can be just as effective."
The session is free for your first visit; but participants are asked to bring £1.50 cash on the day to cover the cost of refreshments.
For more information call: 0845 899 0258, or email: jackie@comms-plus.co.uk .

The event will be held at the Drawing Room, Ripley Arts Centre, 24 Sundridge Avenue, Bromley BR1 2PX on Tuesday 18 May between 6.30pm to 9.00pm.
