TWENTY firefighters were needed to put out a blaze which badly damaged a workshop in Erith.
The single storey building in Sandcliff Road was badly damaged in the fire which was attended by crews from Plumstead, Erith and Bexley.
They were called at 3.40pm on Tuesday (May 11) and had the incident under control within 35 minutes.
The cause of the fire is now under investigation.
