Gino D'Acampo impresses the crowds
CELEBRITY chef and King of the jungle Gino D’Acampo joined Bexley’s mayor and mayoress, Councillor Bernard Clewes and his wife Edna to open a new food sales centre in Sidcup.
JJ Food Service Depot, which sells bulk food supplies at trade prices to the public and businesses, opened its new Sidcup outlet on the Five Arches business estate in Maidstone Road, Foots Cray.
The depot has provided around 130 new jobs for the area which could rise to 200 by the autumn.
Hundreds of people turned out to enjoy a free barbecue and see D’Acampo arrive in his Ferrari.
