STUDENTS with learning difficulties will be showing off their sporting talents next week.
Run by disability charity Livability, Nash College in Croydon Road, Hayes, is the only specialist residential college for 18 to 25-year-olds with learning difficulties in London.
Activities and games have all been adapted and set up to meet the 60 students’ special needs.
This year’s film and movie star theme will add an extra bit of fun for the pupils during their day of sport on May 25 at The Warren, also in Croydon Road.
College principal Claire Howley-Mummery said: “Sports day is a very special day in our college calendar.
“It is a day when our whole college can come together and use sports, events and fun as a positive backdrop for learning.”
